This fourth live album will primarily allow those who missed the previous discographic installments to catch up. Indeed, while nine tracks (from Quebec acts Anonymus, Redcore, Deadly Pale, and Les Marmottes aplaties, as well as French acts Lofofora and Watcha) were recorded during the 2000 edition, 10 others are taken from the first three volumes of the
Polliwog Live series.
Among these recovered moments, we should note the particularly intense performances by Groovy Aardvark, the late Banlieue Rouge, Cryptopsy, and Obliveon, as well as those by the legendary SNFU and Anthrax, which remind us that the Polliwog experience is worth its weight in gold. One does wonder, however, what the ska of The Planet Smashers and the alternative disco of Redcore are doing on a record dominated by heavy music… But if you were one of those disappointed by the lack of sonic power at the festival site, you will now have plenty of opportunity to turn up the volume! --Éric Parazelli

UPC: 055490139020

EAN: 0055490139020

Languages: English

Binding: Audio CD

Item Condition: UsedVeryGood
