Details: • Omertà is a police series where double agents, investigators, and criminals clash on a daily basis. A victim of a car bombing, the director of the National Security Organized Crime Squad launches a vast operation aimed at eliminating the Godfather, Giuseppe Scarfo. Thrown into the heat of the action, two double agents infiltrate the mafia network and gradually trace the trail back to Scarfo. The end justifies the means: electronic surveillance, informants—even if it is not always in accordance with police ethics. Gilbert Tanguay, the director of the anti-crime squad, hires two men to catch the head of Montreal's Mafia, Giuseppe Scarfo. One, Pierre Gauthier, leads the investigation, and the other, François Pelletier, goes deep undercover.
