In 1962, Hitchcock and Truffaut shut themselves away for a week in Hollywood to reveal the secrets of film directing. Based on the original recordings of this meeting, which were used to develop the legendary book Hitchcock/Truffaut, this film brings to life the greatest cinema lesson of all time, and plunges us into the world of the creator of Psycho, The Birds, and Vertigo.

"A gripping and fascinating documentary dedicated not only to this historic meeting between two giants of cinema, separated by a generation, but also to a fascinating lesson in filmmaking on the work of both men." La Presse
