Details: From the Studio The Care Bears of Care-a-Lot decide to participate in a kite contest. Cheer and Grumpy are very surprised when Dad suggests they build their kite rather than buy one. Together, they make it "the old-fashioned way," but it is too big to fly in light wind. However, they decide to compete with The Big Red Kite; for them, winning the competition is not what matters, it’s being proud of something they built with their own hands. They simply want to see The Big Red Kite fly. And as luck would have it, the wind picks up and the magnificent contraption flies high, very high.
