Author: Daran

Format: Remixes included

Release Date: 14-10-2014

Details: A Quebecker by adoption, Daran releases his 8th studio album today, "le Monde Perdu." A solo album, entirely acoustic, guitar / vocals / harmonica. Going against the grain, Daran once again delivers a very personal opus in an unexpected form. An introspective album punctuated by light and shadow, "Le Monde Perdu" offers a journey into themes dear to Daran: immigration ("l'Exil"), displaced populations ("Gens du voyage"), social tragedies ("le bal des poulets")... all in a stripped-back guitar-vocal format, placing emotion and sensitivity at the very forefront.
