Author: Les Monsieurs

Details: Date de sortie / Release Date: 2017-10-27

Since 2012, the Lanaudière-based group Les Monsieurs have been performing on the Montreal scene, in filmed sets, working on songs, becoming finalists at UQAM en spectacle, and approaching Dany Placard to record an album in January 2017. On a whim, they subsequently signed up for the Combat des bands Octane 7.0 and won first prize.

Spitting their political poetry over saturated guitars and cracking fuzz, Les Monsieurs' debut album blends loud riffs with social commentary. After working arduously with Dany Placard to put their wildest ideas to tape, the band is proud to reach your ears with their new self-titled album.
