Mister V is a 23-year-old comedian from Grenoble; he began posting sketches online at the age of 15, which allowed him to gain visibility and expand into other media (stage, television, cinema). A fan of rap, he launched a music channel at the end of 2013 where he developed his "Sapa Ssoupa" concept. There, he shares his musical universe while adding a touch of humor.

Given the feedback and the pleasure he takes in rapping, he decided at the end of 2015 to start developing a more concrete project, and in 2017, Double V was born. Produced between Los Angeles, Montreal, Paris, and Grenoble, this album is a testament to Mister V's 23 years of life. The themes covered relate to his experience, his daily life, his travels, his doubts, his friends, his family, his relationships with women, and his desire to rap—for real.

He wrote all the lyrics, and the instrumentals were mainly composed by Geronimo Beats, with whom he co-piloted the project. His friend Tortoz also assisted him with the artistic direction. This project aims to break the mold and shatter the invisible barrier between comedy and music that remains present in the collective unconscious in France. A rapper can go into cinema, an actor can do pop music, but can a comedian make rap that isn't a parody?
