Details: Product description The Rolling Stones ~ Stripped Amazon.ca After the release of Voodoo Lounge, when the time came to choose the repertoire for a live album, rather than recording the same eternal hits in stadiums, the Stones selected lesser-known tracks that they captured during rehearsals or in small venues in a more acoustic formation. Rarities were unearthed ("I'm Free", "The Spider And The Fly"), covers appeared for the first time ("Little Baby" by Willie Dixon and the aptly named "Like A Rolling Stone" by Bob Dylan), and certain classics finally appeared on an official live album ("Shine A Light", "Wild Horses", and even "Angie"). It is worth noting that the old Stones maintain a special bond with France, as several of the songs selected come from the concert at the Olympia on July 3, 1995. --Hubert Deshouse
