Details: Product Description Marcel Lévesque, a quick-witted car salesman nearing retirement, lives to sell. He has been salesman of the month for the last sixteen years at the dealership where he has spent his career, in a declining industrial town in Lac Saint-Jean, where it's cold enough to scare away the tourists and buying a car sometimes seems completely absurd. There's just one thing on his mind: getting his beloved Detroit rides off the lot. Marcel Lévesque is a salesman from a bygone era, a man who learned his trade by telling tales - "fibs dressed up with flowers" - and making his customers happy. But a tragedy will change everything for this peddler of dreams. ----- Marcel Lévesque, a skillful and mischievous car salesman nearing the end of his career, lives only for three things: his work, his only daughter Maryse, and his grandson Antoine. He has been the top salesman of the month for years at the dealership where he has spent his life, in a small, declining single-industry town. During an endless winter, and while the pulp and paper mill faces another temporary shutdown, Marcel Lévesque thinks only of getting his beloved American cars off the snow-covered lot. One day, the salesman meets François Paradis, a laid-off factory worker… A film that speaks of the alienated man, guilt, religion, and car sales. Special Features Short film directed by Sébastien Pilote Dust Bowl Ha! Ha!
