In order to escape this sad family curse of failed marriages, she devises a strategy where she arranges to find a stranger whom she seduces, marries, and then divorces. Her marriage to Pierre will thus be her second. She therefore travels to Denmark, where she is supposed to meet a stranger for an arranged marriage. During the flight, she sits next to Jean-Yves, a somewhat intrusive individual on his way to Kenya with a layover in Copenhagen. When her future Danish husband does not show up, Isabelle decides to improvise by setting her sights on Jean-Yves, whom she follows all the way to Kenya. But he, with whom she marries during a Maasai ceremony, proves to be much more clingy than expected.
