Details: Product description Rolling Stones ~ Voodoo Lounge Amazon.ca Under the guidance of Don Was, the Stones reconnect with the spirit of Exile On Main Street. They don't just churn out rock tracks, though they are exceptionally inspired, like "Love Is Strong" or "You Got Me Rocking." They venture into country with a Latin flavor alongside Flaco Jimenez, who plays accordion on "Sweethearts Together." They have the Staple Singers' tremolo coexist with a folk chorus on "Blinded By Rainbows"; they summon a harpsichord on "New Faces," the natural successor to "Lady Jane." Even the inevitable ballad whispered by Jagger, "Out Of Tears," escapes routine: it is more reminiscent of "Loving Cup" or "Memory Motel" than "Fool To Cry." No one will complain about that. --Hubert Deshouse
